NYC city is an island, or a series of islands....manhattan island, then staten island to the south, & then long island to tne east jutting out into the atlantic ocean....technically queens & brooklyn are on long island, tho its not usually technically referred to in that exact way.....anyway, if u go east on Long island exiting brooklyn & queens u get to long island proper & into a more "rural" area (it was before the last 2 decades anyway)......anyway.....u go as far east out on long island as possible & u hit an island consiting of east & west Hampton, known as "The Hamptons", & where all the rich city people have their second homes....its a very upper class area....but, .it wasnt in the 1940's & 1950s, its where jackson pollock & all tne abstract expressionist painters would go rent/live in small houses for cheap to get away from the city for a few months or years...but, those artists/painters made it famous becuase they were hip, & by the 1980s it was all snooty & wealthy....70 years ago it was totally isolated & avant gard & u could live there for cheap

I am so happy you chose to do the last four episodes of season five all in a row, which are such home runs, it's almost astounding! I can promise you this: you will always be able to return to a Season 5 episode when you need a classic! If you ever need an episode to rejuvenate your interest, just hit a Season 5 episode you haven't seen! Other than one possible dud (won't say which lest I bias you), it's a perfect season. And even the dud isn't terrible, it's just below the cut, imo. LOVING these reactions! :D

Fun Fact: Water doesn’t shrink it, temp does. Ideal sperm production occurs at 93° so the body pulls it all in if below that. Shrinkage doesn’t happen in warm water.

Yes, true, but the thing about water is that its heat conductivity is many orders of magnitude higher than that of air, so water that is even a little below body temperature will be very effective at causing shrinkage as compared to air at the same temperature. :)

"This is weird, wild stuff." at 2:19 is a nod to Dana Carvey's impersonation of Carson on SNL(10-5-91), a few years before this Seinfeld episode from May of '94. Apparently Carson never said "weird, wild stuff" but the phrase stuck in the pop culture collective memory.

Well...tbf, when you originally watched it, it probably wasn't on a digital ultra-high resolution device and had a different aspect ratio. I thought I was going crazy a while back when watching old Simpsons episodes because I was picking up details I never noticed despite seeing the episodes a thousand times. Then it dawned on me that the episode I was watching shouldn't be "fullscreen" on my TV, because when it was broadcast the aspect ratio was more of a square.

People who believe the "Moon Landings were faked..."11, 12, 14, 15, 16 and 17 are the dumbest people in America. If that were the case, millions and millions of people who worked for NASA, and all the connected companies who supplied goods, services, equipment, support etc IN ANY WAY, would all be conspirators in the most massive cover up in world history for the last 55 years plus. And EVERYONE has remained silent that entire time. On top of that, you would logically have to believe Apollo 13 was intentionally a screw up where they still orbited the Moon with a disabled ship, yet successfully made it back just for show. Every military person, scientist, engineer, pilot etc etc would have to keep millions of coordinated lies in sync in detail for the rest of their lives. People who actually believe in such a monstrous conspiracy should not only be permanently deported from the US forever, but have their nads carved out asap to prevent further dummsheets from being created. If they have any. Fochin MORE-ONS.
