No lip scrubs will help you get rid of pigmentation. The lip balm here is meant to help with pigmentation. However, these things really take time. Since I don't have pigmentation, I cannot tell you how much it will help you.

I haven't used any app for background noise. Although, I have heard that 'Audacity' app can remove background noise.

Yes, you can use it as night time lip balm as well but I personally do not prefer pigmented lipbalms at night.

There is no hard and fast rule for the same. As soon as you start rubbing, the beads will start to melt and you will feel it.
