That Nether Swap "buff" is just going to make for more terrible Swap plays. E.g. Vengeful Spirit gets hooked by Pudge, uses Swap on ally. Allies demands explanation. VS says it's for damage reduction.

One thing ive realized about this patch OSFrog removed all cdr talents and replaced it with shitty ones RIP the utility of 30% cdr on Drow Ranger late game

the idea is if you really need cdr that much, you'll get it from items instead of talents probs nice to have it on hitter carries level 25 and up, but sometimes you wish you have just stats or skill buff instead
