DOTA 1 LINA INVERSE LORE: here is a ORIGINAL LORE from DOTA 1: A renowned pyromancer roaming the lands, Lina Inverse originally joined the Sentinel for monetary purposes. However, weeks turned into months, and fighting alongside the many holy warriors with fearless souls inspired her with the responsibility of protecting the sanctity of the World Tree. With her devastating abilities to summon vaporizing flames, she wreaks havoc among the enemy ranks. In dire situations, she would imbue herself with an ultimate fervor, or even call forth a massive beam of lightning which is said to instantly slay any single foe. "A MOST FEARED ENEMY OF THE SCOURGE", a most unswerving defender of the Sentinel.

Lina is actually a Anime character. The animes name is Slayers and her name is Lina Inverse. All the skills in the game is used in the Anime, hence her ultimate being Laguna Blade.

Truth be told though, DoTA Lina is actually a homage of Lina Inverse from "The Slayers" an Anime show from the 90s, but I think people already know that so I'll shut up...

Actually the lore he spoke of was the original from dota 1 and the beginning of dota 2

Shorter does not necessarily mean worse. I do what I can to make the lores interesting and long, without making too much stuff up, since a lot of people got rather angry at lores where we've taken too much liberty. -Sairex
