What a huge difference this disconnector made in my G43X. Night and day. And Lenny’s step by step instructions make it a piece of cake, even for a novice like me. Thank you Sir.

Is this immediate or do I need to fire a few rounds thru my G43x to break it in? I installed mine and didn't see much difference as compared to a ghost connector in my 42 which was immediate. I'm kind a disappointed expecting such an improvement.

@@robertthorn9560 mine was immediate. It was noticeably better.

I did try the reference video, thanks, but I also found Johnny Glock's channel which he address the trigger connector and explains exactly how it works and the way to polish for quicker reset...thanks again Robert....

I just bought this for my Glock. What a great resource these videos are. And they’re done in an entertaining way. I could listen to Lenny all day. Seriously he should do voice over audiobooks.

To qualify my comments: I am a military vet, served in Law Enforcement for more than 35 years. Carried revolvers, Sigs, 1911s, Glock19-26 etc. Glock triggers suck. Until I just received and installed, easily, the DD 3.5 lb connector in my G43. Incredible trigger now, for a Glock. Shorter staging, lighter and crisper pull and shorter reset. Also installed the Ghost extended slide release on the gun. Now I can actually drop the slide with only one hand and it does not annoy me one bit in my pocket or waistband. Nice stage GS. BTW, I am not a GS shill.

May just be the easiest thing I’ve ever done to a handgun. Watched the video & then got to it, and it may have taken me all of about five minutes to complete. Including several function checks when I had it done. It’s already a noticeable difference in feel. Shorter take up, lighter pull, and what feels like a crisper break with a quicker reset. Tomorrow we go to the range… and I cannot wait. Good lesson, Mr Magill! 👍🏼

Just replaced my slide stop, slide lock to extended, and also installed the 3.5 pound connector. I think I took 30 minutes taking my time after having watched Lenny's video on installing these upgrades. My glock 43 feels really good. Thanks Lenny

As a born and raised Californian I am always excited to support a gun company surviving in the climate out there and love watching their youtube Videos I ordered this and I called to see if I could get a time frame on when it would ship out and they told me it would take almost a week! Kind of disappointed I wish I would have known that I asked if there was anything they could do and mentioned they should post some time frame on the website for better information, Jay then proceeded to give me excuses and told me I would just have to deal with it and when I said that response was a little bit of a sour attitude (all of this was without yelling) he hung up on me. Then when I called back and asked to speak to someone else he told me now and canceled my order without my request and then hung up on me again. Terrible customer service and I hope to hear back from someone on this matter, will keep posting updates and things develop.

While this is a great video, its totally unnecessary to remove all that just to change out the connector. Can be done in 2 minutes without all that work and tools. Just push out the plastic pin in the grip. Pull the trigger bar assembly straight up and out. It will come out far enough to change the connector. Slide it back in. Push the plastic pin in and VOILA you're done. I bought one each of these for my 42 and 43. Awesome improvement over the horrid 6+ lb pull it had! The original was designed by Glock's lawyers evidently. Great product! Oh, and I like Lenny as the pitchman. Reminds me of a friendly bartender instead of the usual uptight gun video guy.

Thanks for the great video, Lenny! There are numerous vids out there that say when putting the cruciform bar back into place, that it doesnt slide under the “U” shaped catch. When my 43 wasnt resetting properly, I watched your video (which I should have done in the first place) and installed it correctly. Thanks so much!!

Thanks for the video. I am new to modifying firearms and I purchased this connector and other parts for my G43. I'll admit that I was intimidated with pins and springs, the whole shebang... So I watched your video. I have to say that it was easier than I imagined and recommend the connector. I have three G43's with two being new and factory stock and one lightly customized with light/laser combo, threaded barrel and now the connector. Side by side, the triggers are night and day. Good job! Now send me my compensator, lol 😆

If you have the exact correct size punch run it through like Lenny show's aligning everything (but) leave punch in place slightly in on one side, push the punch out... with the pin going in ,all at the same time, this will help the pin go past the noches earlier . My gen 5 trigger housing had no click into position, it just slid right in nice and smooth reinstalled pin , centering (evenly spaced on both sides) ,

well thanks for the in depth video...I installed a "enhanced flat face trigger" on my 19 & 43x 7 had missed the cross under that "little shelf" step...I was wondering why my trigger wouldn't reset sometimes...thanks again because non of the other videos by others mentioned that fact!!

Thanks for video. Just got a 43 last week wanted to tear it down to "bond" with it. I have "driven" them thru with punch set and hammer on my 23, but saw your advice on the wiggle method and "bam" it worked. Tried it on the 23 with the same result. Super easy barely an inconvenience.😆

How can the slide stop leaver spring work when it is capture at both ends by the slide stop leaver?
@fullthrottlewrx5 жыл бұрын
the captured part carries the spring into its perch when installed. that confused me when i first took mine down. so for example if the lever bar is one inch wide and the spring itself is 2 inches wide, it gets lowered into a perch with a 1.25 inch gap. the lever bar can drop freely into the perch but the spring gets captured and compresses between the top of the lever bar and the perch. its actually a clever design and makes the service easier.

Hello, I just finished my 43. I am having a couple of problems. When I rack the upper the trigger does set. It sets when I initially rack it back but when sliding forward the trigger does not fire the gun. Also I can't get the upper off by racking the quarter inch and depressing the slide lock on each side. I'm a novice!

Hey Lenny's back!! How was shot show?? I haven't seen any videos from you in a while. I thought California did something to you, or you were busy starting up a new shop back east somewhere. Glock lost the Army contract because the Army wanted a modular design, and Glock is more uniform design, but I've heard the Sig modular trigger system is a real bitch to work on so... i.imgur.com/Sdd2Ug8.jpg
