Ey ah, might be a silly question, but why are you doing (for lack of a better word) "lazy" swings at the end? I've always done KB swings with arms extended. Is there less core activation going on because you don't need as much balance/stability since the bells are closer to the body? I dunno, just throwin' suggestions out there.

Dont always need to have arms fully extended with kettlebell swings. Especailly with heavy kettlebells. Just different type of swing, not lazy just different.
