Suggestion: Please do all your tutorials with all the settings in default. It's really hard to catch up and figure some things you did all just because of the settings. Also, please if you are going to use hotkeys, at least mention them. I observed this as well with your other webinars and tutorials.

Hello Rocha, It is hard to say what the problem can be without having a look into the file. This being said, try to "save as " your file, turn off MatrixGold and turn it on again. If this is not working please contact support at [e-mail] and we will be able to help you from there.

Drop in rendering quality! The V-ray rendering engine in pervious versions of Matrix was much more realistic and higher quality. Any 3D artist can see that. Apparently they were too cheap to pay a licensing fee and want us to believe that this free one that comes with Rhino is some kind of upgrade. News Flash, it's not.

Hello Mark Johnson, we keep working on the render to give as many options as we can to our users. We appreciate your feedback and we will keep it in mind. This being said we never said that Cycles was an upgrade, we always have said that is a different render engine. Render is something that has a lot of different opinions, and even you are saying that the one from Matrix was better, we had many users who were saying the opposite. In MatrixGold we try to give as many options as we can to give an option to all these different opinions
