Super insightful seeing a day in the life, managing the business and training side of things, and hype to see how far the business has come in the last few years. Definitely getting me excited for starting my own thing.

Fergus, its nice to see you working with your clients one to one. Thanks for letting us in on your daily routine, its been helpful for myself who is trying to become a hybrid athlete. Keep up the good work/ content

Nice RM for deadlift mate , but don't you think its better to run in AM , lift at PM , it gave me better HRV and recovery , what do you think? Another point do make other accessory work high rep in later sessions or its all strength work in the 1 to 6 rep range?

As you've reviewed and you're using some barefoot shoes for training, could you please share what shoes are you using for running? Please 🙏

You need to have a reversible hat. One side black then the other a stupendously bright colour to match any and all shoes. I'm sure my protein would get on board.

How have you made your running style so efficient and vertical? Asking for a friend who over pronates

Hybrid training is not lifting in the morning and running in the evening (or vice versa) its lifting weights under the pressure of also running at the same time, complete game changer.. but im not taking anything away from your abilitys
@ferguscrawley95 Жыл бұрын
Hybrid Training is: ‘the concurrent training of different athletic disciplines that do not inherently support one another, and whose disparate components are not essential to success at any one sport’ - it doesn’t just mean compromised running as you’ve suggested.

@@ferguscrawley95 all im saying is, try to lift heavy 5 rep sets then go out and run 1 kms at a good pace, then back into a machine like a row or ski then back out to run then repeat. When you run in the same workout as your cardio stations or weight lifting it adds a whole new meaning to the phrase “hybrid” training. Really all your doing is staggered training..
