Hi Crescent, do you have to design and then send the card to your supplier to print and put it with the package or does it come ready or how do you actually implement this? and how to buy these codes and align it with this platform ?

Isn't the smart funnel against the Amazon Terms because customers are getting directed to leave a review only if they are satisfied? Thus making sure that only happy customers get to leave a review.

It's in the gray area but we've been using this strategy for years without any issues. Users can disable the "smart" feature if they don't want the funnel to act that way.

I'm glad you found it helpful! Amazon is rarely going to open your packages up to inspect what's inside. And even so, there's nothing against having an insert card with a QR code on it. As I explained, this isn't against Amazon TOS.

another question. In the previous video on the same subject, when building your own funnel, you have the ability to add a Facebook pixel so that you can retarget same/similar audience. I presume, there's no way to do that with his paid service?

Why would you need a Facebook pixel? You already have their contact details if they went through your funnel.

I'm glad you found value in the content! 1) Nothing. It's for your own tracking and data collection and to verify their purchase and delivery. 2) No, you need to source the gifts/gift cards/promos yourself. For promo's, you can use Amazon's promotions if you want.

What’s the estimated funnel submissions to orders ratio for you? I made a funnel by myself after watching your video a year ago. the funnel page visits are still not above 30% of orders. I made the 5$ insert card with barcode very noticeable with bright colors. I did get some more reviews from the funnel but feels insignificant to my order numbers

The claims to order ratio is around 20-25% and around 80% of the claims result in reviews shared to Amazon. I don't know what you're complaining about if you're getting close to 30%, this strategy is FAR superior than relying solely on organic reviews where the sales to review ratio is less than 1%.

Is requiring an Amazon order number what makes it compliant? It seems like you'll lose people at that point if they have to go find their order number to copy and paste it in there. This is such a great idea, it's just such a big commitment for something going in all my products, and there are no reviews anywhere and I've been waiting 9 days on an answer from support. No, what makes it compliant is you're not incentivizing the reviews. Copy/pasting the order number isn't a problem, myself and all of users are seeing excellent conversions with this strategy.

If every customer is getting a different/unique gift card, then you need to buy individual gift cards/discount codes to hand out. If everyone gets the same code, then you only need one. QR Codes are tied to campaigns, not codes that you're handing out.

At the end of the form you are making the customer write a review. Even though it is not on amazon and is external it seems Amazon doesn't like that and wants you to give the customer the option to write the review or not to receive the free gift.

It doesn't matter if someone leaves you a review that's not on Amazon's platform. Amazon can't control or dictate what you do you outside of their platform. You can also disable leaving a review altogether if you want on ReviewScanGo if you don't want the user to leave any reviews.

@@CrescentKao it's literaly in their policy: A seller diverts negative reviews to be sent to them or to a different feedback mechanism while positive reviews are sent to Amazon. That is indeed a mechanism that sends negative reviews to a different work flow, I would recommend you to have the same flow for all reviews, most people that take action are good reviews anyways..
