Here's my idea for a movie pitch: The evil precursor Kermit puppet from the Wilkins coffee commercial gets a psychological slasher horror comedy thriller from Brian Henson (director of "The Happytime Murders"), co-producing the film with Lisa Henson through their The Jim Henson Company banner, Henson Alternative, Jason Blum's Blumhouse Productions and working from a script by Christopher Landon ("Paranormal Activity", "Happy Death Day" and "Freaky"). The plot of the movie itself is an extremely violent and cartoonishly sadistic farce, very loosely inspired by the Dr. Seuss story of "Green Eggs and Ham". To JIM's defense, back then it was the wild west for advertising, and entertainment for film and tv. Anything goes for the sake of cartoon humor. Remember, these were the times when Tom and Jerry, Looney Tunes and Tex Avery characters were stuffing dynamite down their pants, and blasting shotguns in each others faces. This is what humor was before things got regulated for the most part during the 70s, and definitely the 80s. I'd go as far as to say it's shocking to viewers of today because of how PC everything is. But back then it must of been another Tuesday.

The earliest episodes of Sesame Street had such things as violent Muppets, flirtations with Satanism, (skits with witches) hippies, (Little Jerry and the Monotones) the early version of Telly with the drugged out eyes, and the Count's filthy castle with cobwebs throughout.
