I've heard so many comics say they've been called by Attell to make sure he's not copying anyone's bits. The man is truly terrified of stealing jokes or even vaguely emulating material. What a class act and a legend who's up there with Stanhope and Burr in the rankings.
@TheMeragun7 жыл бұрын
And ironically, he is one of the most ripped-off comics thanks to hollywood. Attell deserved better in his career.

Blossom Russo, Dave was screwing my friend's sister and as a result of their fucklationship, I met him a few times. He was a class act! Afterwords, I watched a few of his sets, because my buddy said he was amazing. I was blown away by how solid and unique his material was. Dave and Stanhope have been shit on by Hollywood. Dane Cook was filling arenas and those guys are still doing tiny gigs. It's a fucking travesty!

That's because he isn't fake. He doesn't dress up, he does his show about old 80's porn. He could have more success if he licked a few asses but he doesn't. He does his thing and that's it.

There was a show that Craig Kilborn hosted called ,"Short Attention Span Theater" and I watched it everyday as a young kid before school. My ex had a sweet conversation with him, and in hugged him and grabbed his face in my hands, looked him in the eye, and told him he's a good man. Noam Chompsky had two mistakes in his Netflix Doc. 1) Madison was not intrisically favoring the rich but rather tyranny of the majority. Him writing that was a direct response to Shay's rebellion after land debts were not being paid back to creditors because the AOC had no enforcement mechanisms and it was completely taken out of context. 2) the Due Process clause of the 14th amendment does not imply businesses are people. That was the Lochner era of the early 1900's which was completely turned on its head during the Warren court of the 60's. Too this day, reading your own values into the Constitution is known as Lochnerizing because of the implied liberty of commerce.
