This lake at full pool will cover all the dirt and everything will be fishable. The lake will get to full pool by july and start dropping after labor day to winter level as long as normal rainfall is available.

@travismoore2362 - Travis quick question for you. When the lake is not at full pool is there a certain level they typically keep it at? I was trying to do more offshore hot spots but when I do them on Navionics at full pool they are on the land when the lake is lowered. Hoping to find some more spots offshore for this one when the lake is down. Appreciate the help, shoot me an email with you address and I'll ship you a card and the Douglas files for free. [e-mail]

@@SimplisticFishingI live on the Newport Baneberry side of the lake and they typically keep it at 30 feet in the main channel

Summer time during fool pool Douglas is a great ledge and deep point lake. 15-30 ft you can find fish and catch them any way you want big swimbait flutter spoons deeps cranking shaking a small jig head on ffs

After fishing tournaments for 25 years, expecially Douglass as its my home lake, it sickens me to see something like this. BS like this is why i got out of the sport. Do your own work instead of relying on what somebody did for you. Without your technology you couldn't catch a fish.

Not sure what you so upset about but to each his own Randy. I've been fishing for over 40 years now way before technology came into play. I just choose to embrace it instead of fighting it. It's pretty cool stuff if you take the time to learn in.
