In contrast to the previous challenge where you used the worst cars this is definitely way harder lol. It genuinely is amazing that you pushed this car to the limit beating even the faster cars here. Ironic this gets posted since I saw a Yellow H2 today and was amazed since they're basically non existent now, lol. As far as future challenge runs, I think a "no boost" run could be interesting to play. No slipstream, nitrous, or abilities. It would force you to strategize and always use the best, most meta vehicles along with good driving technique

the ai route bug is due to them being programmed for the old cities layout not the current one which was fixed in dubbed edition iirc since i never had the ai tracking issues, idk which version you played but its funny to see the bugs in a rockstar game.

I was friends with a kid in grade school and his step dad had a black H1 and a red Ferrari 512. This was early 2000s. My school was by no means a rich school(far from it) but this kids mom looked like Angela Jolie so when she remarried she really went with a rich guy 😂😂 but yeah I remember being in love with hummers as a kid. I barely remember riding in the hummer the 1 time I did but I do remember being so excited just to get in. Never got to ride in the Ferrari. I saw your video randomly and it brought back that memory. How about bikes only? Most people avoid bikes as best they can, but I think it would make for a somewhat more fun challenge even if not outright difficult. You will need a car to beat Phil, but other than that it should be smooth sailing.

It'd definitely be fun, but too easy compared to other Dove7 vids. Good idea though - I'm one of those players who actually loved Sport Bikes (Choppers were rough though - muscle cars on two wheels)

bikes in this game are way too easy (even choppers), from the moment your brain clicks how to avoid traffic in them it's over for the ai

Also, forgot they are stuck with the D-Class N20 capacity. Even the sport bikes performed equal to the exotics, just the same performance at a lower price but with Class D Nitrous. If this was done, instead of doing with the SS1000 til the Factory, would have to rush the clubs for the Kawasaki

rage does strange interactions with the other racers, if they are caught up in the air. for some reason, they fly so far away it takes a relative eternity for them to respawn. it take a bit to get the hand to do that consistently, but all races where the runaway enemies stay together become basically a free win

Try fishtailing with manual lol, its a speedrunning strat you should try. It makes a bunch of cars much faster, take this from a speedrunner for this game lol.

Btw Dove, did you know that you can win 2 C Class cars before starting career mode? All you have to do is start Tokyo Challenge and pick either the Monte Carlo or Impala as your starter car and grind the Tokyo races until the Muscle car club tournament is unlocked.

Ai in this game is gold. Yes it a give away win sometimes. But inconsistency and how unpredictable the race at the end makes you keep trying and having fun. Like playing with normal people. New games require skill to win. Predictable and not fun
