I’m going with a stamina ring with AG Cost -20% x2 and Counter Attack +30% x2. It fits my play style which is basically a mix of spamming artes and charge attacks.

I think there might be 2 major misunderstandings in your vid. For one, the "counterattack" might have been a translation that was a bit too close to another one, from what I gather from other players online, the "counterattack" isn't your "perfect dodge" counter but extra damage done when the enemy is in an attack animation regardless of who is being attacked. This is why people recommend a backline Counter Rinwell, even if she isn't being attacked and don't dodge, as long as the boss is attacking someone, it will proc, and a slow moving boss getting skewered with her Divine Streak is a wonder to behold. The 2nd is that Smacks don't work on bosses, too tough, so if you want to use Down Damage+ on a boss, you'll need to hit it with a boost attack it is weak against like Shionne against flyers or Alphen's general purpose boost sword, then hit it while it is on its knees/slumped over.

Hi Alldayanyday1! I've got a question for you about the Impact Ring ;-) Which is the best between [Smackdown + 3x Down Damage] or [4x Penetration] ? or if not "the best", then in which case/situation would you use one over the other? (maybe depending on the hero or the type/lvl of enemy, idk)

So far the difference is being able to down enemies faster if you stack penetration..but if you want to knock them much faster, you'd stack 3x penetration with smack down..but with this you wont have the down damage bonuses but again you'll be able to knock enemies much faster

Apparently you need to level up Spirit proficiency, so spam Steel or Inspiration. Once you meet the unlock requirements use an aerial arte to unlock it.

@@BushiBrown No you just need to spam Steel and/or Inspiration. The aerial arte is so you can "trigger" the unlock once you have enough proficiency (not sure how much you need). Also I said "apparently" because I dont know this from experience, I did some research and that's what I found. It could be easy to achieve.

Explosive Ring deals the most damage. It's at least 1.5x stronger than the rest. But Incineration Wave is the best because: 1. It can hit twice at close range to medium range, making it second strongest just behind Explosive Ring. 2. It can hit other targets from afar, thanks to its long range. 3. It came out really fast; arguably the fastest Flaming Edge skill.

I think it Magic Emblem is better if you use the Flame artes often. I use it for boss fights since I try to use the Flame artes as much as possible. Magic Emblem with 4x Fire Damage+15%.

Hey was wondering about your CP amount at 1010. Is that from a 1st playthrough still or are you on NG+? I'm currently on my 1st playthrough (at the end for Rena where you can't turn back if you start) and I'm only at 760 CP.

I believe you can get that much CP in the first run by killing all the Gigants and clearing the ultimate team battle at the Training Grounds. He might have used the +100 CP from one of the DLC packs as well.
