Really enjoyed this one. The BC Rockies are gorgeous. This brought back memories of a two week trip my husband and I did in the US Rockies. We did a Fly n' Ride into Vegas. We picked up a HD Superglide (yes, we are quite a bit older than you, LOL) and toured five states. Nevada, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico and Arizona. We saw so many of the great large National Parks. A place I would highly recommended is Ouary, CO. It is in a valley where several mountains come together. There are hot springs to soak in, including a cave hot spring. The scenery is gorgeous, many cool things to do; hiking, jeep rides and rentals, just a cool place I want to return to. The Million Dollar Highway here is a must do, too. When you ride the highway, you know why it was expensive. Really scary spots. If you go off the road, it is all over. We covered so much that we realized we need to go back and spend time in every state. We barely scratched the surface. I would also like to tour BC your videos prove; it is awesome as well. Sadly, we could no longer do it on a bike, though. Love your videos! Thought of something else. The Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad is an awesome ride to do, as well. I know you are into trains.

Glad you enjoyed it. I want to do the narrow gauge railroad as well! And I rented a Street Glide in Vegas and rose to the Hoover Dam, and enjoyed it so much. More to come this summer hopefully.

The Downie Street sign at 0:31 is in the maroon and gold colors of Canadian Pacific Railway long ago. One of its CEOs was born there: Norris Roy "Buck" Crump, on whose watch (1955-1972) steam operation on CP ended. He once said about senility: "You know, there are three signs that you may be going senile. The first is that you begin to lose your memory...and Goddamned if I can remember the other two!".
