Downings First street Manchester update winter 2023

Progress is being made in Manchester at the Downing site at First street at the end of Princess way. This site is visible from the Mancunian way. Some of the floors and glass facade has been attached to the concrete core.

Thanks for the update! 😊👍 Looks one of the nicer buildings. Plenty of student towers planned. One a Simpson Haugh green one on Charles St next to the Maldron Hotel. It's a surface car park. From a distance you can see the difference, looking at the skyline from MCFC etc. The Lowry landscape with a forest of business chimneys almost gone, replaced by a forest of towers.
