Lovely place I got an amazing deal $1950 for Rosslyn includes gym, spa, tennis courts, pool, sauna, dog park, storage, parking, floor to ceiling windows, balcony 750sq ft. If anyone is moving to DC I would recommend Rosslyn, Courthouse, Ballston. I like it more than DC.

This apt., is my cup of tea. I prefer older units with personality and definitely not into modern Units. The shutters are a plus, the bay window just an overall pleasant and cozy apt...
