He’s a Meisner trained actor from Playhouse West. We had the same teachers. This film is perfectly setup for a Meisner-based actor. He even kinda slips by calling scenes “activities.” The actions in this film are essentially one activity after another. I was studying there when this film was released and it was a frenzy. He was hugely inspiring for the rest of us there. He did a fantastic job, but it was easy for me to see how he was able to accomplish that performance using the training we got.
