How were you able to label each instrument/vocal in the edit view at the top?

The Label is picked up from the Midas 32 Console. We didn’t need to label here. If you sync it properly with the console running on AES-50 protocol it will pickup the name automatically.

@@MosesJoshua ok thanks. However, We are using the Wing console but I would assume it should be similar over AES50. For some reason it isn’t transferring the names over. I’m not sure why?

I didn't look like you updated you M32 because at the connected tabs at the routing menu should show the dp40 and did you do a master slave for the dp40

The DP48 was off when I was filming at the Midas 32 that’s why it’s not showing up there.

does your back-up singers have their own mics? and do they have their own eq settings in the FOH mixer?

Mics are grouped into Sopranos/Tenors/Alto and each section take microphones belonging to your group .. basic EQ yes, its tailored to the group but not tailored to a specific person as we have many singers on rota.

thanks for the info. also "Hypothetically" if someone wanted either the sound and media or instrumentalist department at the NCACalgary church how would they do that? is there an age requirement?@@MosesJoshua

@@favournjoku3024 do you mean if someone wants to join right?? Once you’re 18years you can serve in a department, however some department require some level of skill, for example, musician, singers, sound engineers, etc… so audition is required in some of these skilled departments.
