I'm not saying there's no coordination, there's plenty. I just mean that there's no shotcalling Lucio like there is in the pros, where they are in some ways a "team leader." In charge of managing ults and calling who to target. In competitive, everyone is their own "team leader", and they just communicate with eachother what they see.
