JAVELIN SESSION 2 ZELEZNY / PITKAMAKI Conditioning drills KUORTANE 2012.m4v

This is the 2nd part of the ZELEZNY / PITKAMAKI session at the 2nd Javelin World Conference in KUORTANE (FIN) with a number of drills to develop the specific strength of the javelin throwers especially for shoulders and trunk. Again , the javelin fans will enjoy this video and the quality of the demonstrations by these 2 great champions .But remember one thing : the most difficult is not to pick the right drills , but to combine the training drills together to get the best efficiency and results and ADAPT them in load and intensity to the SPECIFICITY of each thrower .This 2nd javelin world conference was a success. It was attended by about 80 coaches from all over the world and KUORTANE really deserves the title of "Javelin throw capital of the World" as proudly said by the locals ! Indeed , as every javelin thrower in the world has been more or less dreaming to compete one day in Finland , every javelin coach would also like to have the opportunity to get there, meet other coaches and share the javelin throw passion ...See you there in the next KUORTANE 3rd World javelin conference ....

if there were a ton of people just talking loud and fotoing like crazy i would get mad. i am kind of hapy i know i will never be so good that there will be more than maybe 10 wching at the same time -_- i would throw the javelin's at the if they where interupting like this
