and the thing you mentioned how much we developed i appreciate that yes we have developed in Javelin but in reality Javelin competitions were far more competitive than now every thrower had a throw above 85 very less were under 80 but now days most of them are throwing under 80-85 . you should see some old competitions and current ones to see how it actually works.

What the hell is this, his is so wrong his weight is totally shifted. How can he generate power with his legs in this position. Some throwers might have done good but could have done better if they had better technique. You may watch them throwing for motivation, but should not copy their technique.

You'd better make the first turn on the left foot heeltoeing. If you use the heel and then de toe, the turn is smoother like in hammer, try it.

Jacko's technique is much better here compared to recent years. He was also much more athletic and moves faster with his smaller frame. He over did it with lifting heavy too often and got too big. He is considerably a lot more explosive here
