I have this string feeling that all the diabetes patients have weak surya nadi. As right nostril control left brain. So if there is any prolonged stress in the logical brain , it ultimately will make weak the right nostril and this will dampen the digestive fire. Am i right sir

@YogacharyaDrAnandaBhavanani9 жыл бұрын
+Muck2014 Sleeping on the side opens up the nostril on the dominant side. In paralysis we need to evaluate the persons condition fully before making any suggestions. Using the chandra nadi wold help control the BP and thus help in healing for sure.

wonderful explanation!!……jz wanted to know…...does the prana flow thru' sushumna if both ida and pingala are in balance??? or is it important to jz bring the pranic flow in balance for achieving good health and not any experience of spirituality in particular?
@AnandaBalayogiBhavanani8 жыл бұрын
+shals Sushumna flow occurs when there is state of balance. This is vital when one is working towards spiritual development. At the same time health is also an aspect of spirituality as we are a spirit enjoying a bodily experience after all! When we are not healthy, it is tough to focus on the higher aspects of life.

Excellent presentation. Not agreeing with the Lakshmi / Saraswati example regarding brain hemispheres .....Lakshmi energy / meaning is far too Total (in terms of Creation), thus profoundly deep, to be used in this paradigm and in India She's already widely misunderstood. Having said that, you certainly mentioned with genuine humility that it is merely your preference and perhaps it might be somewhat more accurate to say that Lakshmi lends Her grace to embracing that hemisphere for calculations to support abundance. Very happy to watch this video and I will be sending a link to my mother ;)
