Nice voice job for the Joker. Sounds *very* close to Mark Hamil's voice acting for the Joker in the Batman cartoon. If anything Hamil seems to have set the standard for Joker's voice & vocal inflections across the whole of the entertainment industry...He plays the graveyard humor of the homicidal maniac so well that his self-satisfied, everything's going his way laughing fit...makes my entire spinal column go ice cold. That's the kind of laugh when you know that the compost is gonna connect with the rotary oscillator & Joker is the one throwing it.

He had already been doing voices before Star Wars came around & after the Star Wars franchise made him pretty much a household name, he can pretty much write his own career on a daily basis. Nowadays he can be found doing voice acting more than anything else.

The amulet ending up on Joker could be an interesting event. While normally, there is no record of any human mind fighting off the mental takeover, in at least one timeline, 682 did, but Joker's mind is a mix of genius and broken/twisted; I could really see a struggle for dominance taking place in the mindscape.

Anything concerning 682 is usually an exception rather than the rule. The psychological aspect of 682s attempted mind wipe may have more to do with 682 than the amulate itself. On most victims it seems that things like willpower, intellect or psychology don't play a role as the amulate wipes minds on a more fundimental level. Like a hard wipe. Although technically I suppose that would be a "wet wipe" given as it's erasing a biological "wetware" brain, not computer "hardware". 🤔 Not that a writer couldn't get around that with another anomalous object or something... 😏 Either way I'll never look at those small sanitary towellets the same way again.

My only surprise is Batman didn't show up sooner. I could see Jack dressing up as Robin. Let's be real: if Bruce existed in the same universe as the foundation he would have an encyclopedic knowledge of every person and anomaly in the foundation as well as every other group of interest. Yes, even Amazon. I have a few ideas: 1: What if the 4 original Ghostbusters were recruited by the SCP Foundation? I feel like the foundation could really benefit from some of their tech and their experience with ethereal entities. I think Egon could find a way to contain that damn reptile, Ray would be good friends with Dr. Bright, Peter could be head of public relations as well as help run the front businesses and Winston could run one of them. He runs his own company in Afterlife. Speaking of it could take place right before Egon ran off with Ecto-1, all their traps and plutonium reserves. I almost imagine Dr. Bright walking into the firehouse and presenting them with the offer. I know it probably wouldn’t be Bright but it’s funnier to imagine him being the one to do it. I don’t think he could pass up the chance to have his friends and the foundation help him stop Gozer once and for all. Also can you tell I really like this idea? 2: What if the SCP Foundation fought Umbrella from Resident Evil? In this crossover the year is 1999, on the cusp of the new millennia and one year after the Raccoon City Outbreak, there's a new version of the T-virus that was a hybrid between the epsilon strain and SCP-008. The Foundation could team up with the BSAA. Essentially a version of 008 with all the mutegenic abilities and properties of the T-virus while still having the 100% infection rate and incurability of 008. It could even have its own designation: SCP-008-T In this Senario; Dr. Clef with MTF Beta-7 "Maz Hatters", team up with Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine and good old Barry Burton along with the BSAA and some GOC Opperatives. Storming a heavily guarded Umbrella facility in Europe with many of the horrific and iconic bioweapons we all know and love. Zombies, Licker, Hunters, packs of trained Cerberous, and of course, Tyrants! Specially modified T-103s created with the new virus. Maybe even a modified Pursuer model, aka; Nemesis. My reasoning for Clef being there is because Bright got to go to Silent Hill and Gears got to go to the Upside down, so Clef should get some fun too. 3: A sort of sequel to the Foundation containing creepy pasta characters and the one with Pennywise; The SCP Foundation contains horror Movie monsters and slashers. From the classics like Dracula, The Mummy, and werewolves to those 80's slasher icons like Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees, Michael Myers, Chucky and Pennywise, how would the foundation handle suck anomalous beings and entities that would make the hearts of normal humans fill with fear and dread?

The fun part of these Batman vs Foundation bits is that unless you factor in some of the REALLY deep parts of the story, none of it has any kind of a chance. Even then, only Bats has anything. Throw 682 at Gotham. Either the reptile problem is solved, or the Gotham problem is solved.

This was an interesting match up and the thought of Joker getting a hold of SCPs is terrifying. Also this was quite accurate to the Joker imo. Normally the Joker gets scared when he knows he's going to get killed by someone other than Batman but I think Dr. Bright was an exception because he saw himself in Dr. Bright and Dr. Bright killing him would show that he could spiral to the same path as he did and thus does just as destructive and depraved.
