Dr. Perry's part in my professional development has been immense, especially in how I assess how people, families, and communities develop and recover. Dr. Perry and his colleagues' work have influenced how I facilitate clinicians to learn EMDR therapy, caregivers improve their relationships with children, and others help reduce the effects of generations of suffering. I honor and recognize Dr. Perry's work to raise consciousness and consider him as a tremendous advocate for community healing.
