Sarah, delightful, wonderful, and vital interview; would love for you to have her again to discuss the 9 vital items needed for the thyroid, since this affect so many; great to see the beautiful person behind the original book-which seemed so alternative at the time. She mentioned coffee, but wondered about her thought on the caffeine in tea. Appreciate you reaching out to her-so glad to know of her excellent products that really can improve at the cellular level rather than waste our money. I will be listening to her podcasts to learn more. Also, would like you to explore thymus gland rejuvenation sometime. Jana, TX

I second that for thyroid discussion. I was gutted when she said we shouldn’t supplement with iodine? Or maybe not as much as is recommended by many health experts, especially in the carnivore community. I’ve been carnivore for over three months now and literally stopped all supplements because I was trying to heal severe, debilitating eczema all over head and upper body. It has cleared, but I was recommended to add a min of 25mg(up to 50mg) of Lugol’s iodine, which I have been doing, along with selenium. Should I stop? I would appreciate your input Sara. Thank you 🙏🏻💕🇨🇦

Excellent discussion🐸I understand getting all your nutrients from food is impossible for most people but not all, how a farm is managed managed can fix the nutrient deficiencies in food🐸it is not enough to blindly trust a Biodynamic farmer to supply nutrient dense food because most farms mimic other farmers and most farmers are not biohacking their farm🐸We grow naturally more than 300 species of rare tropical fruit and we eat more than 90 species of plants daily, most thru cold press sun teas from their leaf🐸we holistically grow, to a Biodynamic farm standard miniature zebu cows and apply and evenly distribute very small amounts thru the farm daily, this is discouraged by almost all farmers even though it is what is best for the soil and very high in potassium and magnesium🐸the advancement in biohacking farms is sorely behind the advances in functional medicine and we cannot attain tru health if we are not looking at how exactly a farm is managed, rather than Biodynamic or organic it really should be managed by nature, dry farming with a focus on microbiology and diversity not rock dust and compost🐸❤️thank you again for a brilliant discussion, you are the best!🐸

Hi, I've seen you a lot on TikTok, just realised you are here too, that's great! This isn't a question related to this video, but I saw a short of yours talking about what you do with distilled water, I've been looking into this for a while (as good biohackers do..) and I'm convinced, however, I can't seem to find much academic information regarding drinking distilled water so I was wondering if you had a vid on it somewhere on your channel (I couldn't find it with a search) Thank you, keep up the good work 💪

Hi - I worked in a lab for 13yrs and we only used distilled water also called milliQ 5x dustillee for experiments as it’s the best way to clean it - but you need to remineralise to drive it. If you look in the materials and method sections of molecular biology papers in the buffers section you will see that we use distilled water, so that’s why there aren’t publications as it’s a standard

According to Dr. Smith Garrett, humans can make their own vitamin C when they are not vitamin A toxic, which, he claims, most people are. He says that the people on an all muscle meat carnivore diet do not show vitamin C deficiency symptoms despite not eating plant foods. His explanation for that is they are making their own vitamin C in the absence of vitamin A. He doesnt recommend a carnivore diet though, only low vitamin A diet.
@Thebusysuperhuman26 күн бұрын
Why do we have so many vitamin A receptors if it’s toxic ? The blue light is what makes retinol photooxidise
@emmat867826 күн бұрын
@Thebusysuperhuman he says that the receptors are not specific to vitamin A. There are many other ligands that dock onto it.
