There are different types of magnesium. Could you tell us what type you should be taking? And how much should you take? I take 250 mg. Should I be taking 400 mg?

Dr said calcium should come from diet because of the calcium that goes into arteries.

Try K2 with your magnesium.. helps absorb calcium.. good luck.

i personaly deal with anxiety since 3 years after having alot of stress. But because i did not get a clear answer form the doctor or psychologist what was wrong with me. It made it worse because one said your blood test is fine sounds like hyperventilation and the other said go do some fun stuff. But i was like what is happening to me my hart is racing my bloodpressure is high i was scared out of my mind. But from what i hear this could al be magnesium i mean i have a nervous tendency when doing something new. But i think that is healthy nerves anxiety is just awefull. I use magnesium chloride oil since a couple of weeks and i have noticed my palpitations are becoming less. If i keep using magnesium and my anxiety will vanish for the most part i will be so happy because it is realy controling my life sometimes i can't even leave my house.

So i don't know what magnesium to take and how much. Please let us know. CALM is magnesium carbonate. Is that really the best form of magnesium? And the directions say mix with 2-3 oz. of water. so to sip all day would you double that, triple that?

From Google Doses less than 350 mg daily are safe for most adults. In some people, magnesium might cause stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and other side effects. she does not advise even taking a calcium supplement. She is right about the artery calcium buildup, especially in women who take those supplements. Cal carbonate is like cement in the arteries. She says get it from food

I'm surprised people don't read up on things they're going to take. You don't buy a house or a car without reading up on everything. Your body is more important so read up on vitamins and minerals.😊

@@redpilled9595 in 2017 the FDA issued a warning letter to Dean about claims she has made. Just saying that everyone should carefully check out med claims.
