Hi Sara! Thank you for the explanation. I have a question: Is it possible to get the correct amounts of UV light and red light in Scandinavia? I have a few hours of sun now in the spring but it's very weak, does it give me anything or very minimal? I kinda feel like it doesn't until like May / June. I feel like i'm screwed for living this far up north.

Dr Pugh, have you looked dived into the effect of shungite on water? I learned a bit about shungite last fall and remembered hearing that it is used in water purification and changes the pH levels. Could it be having an effect on the deuterium levels, or is something else going on? Just found your channel, so happy to check out another video of yours if you explored it already and you point me the right way!
@Thebusysuperhuman3 күн бұрын
I’ve got a piezophire with shungite in it as it’s a phase conjugator / zero point device and I have put my water vortexer on it. I’ve also used it to charge a Vogel crystal which I then can use with the water

“The piezo-electricity of collagen, this is the way we make electrons.” Incorrect. It must be “making FREE electrons.” There is no making electrons in piezo-electricity or otherwise, there is only electric fields and electron work functions and giving electrons enough extra energy to move electrons from the valence band to the conduction band to become available to move short distances as a net electric current.
@Thebusysuperhuman4 күн бұрын

Thank you for this, is interesting to hear different information. This raises a question, athletes in particular elite athletes who depend on their body’s capacity to function at the highest level. Nearly all in all disciplines are omnivores consuming moderate to high levels of carbs. How can you explain this? Elite long distance runners from east Africa consume very high carb diets. I am 45 practice boxing with amateur and professional fighters, all the guys in the gym that tried carnivore, paleo, Keto had their performance affected very negatively. Even with nutritionists guiding them along, how can you reconcile this with your hypothesis?
@Thebusysuperhuman5 күн бұрын
There are low carb athletes and pro athletes are a different breed so depends on the sport and often have health issues later in life and become insulin resistant - but it depends on the context and bad light such as constantly training in artificial blue light or in the gym at 4am is also a recipe for metabolic problems and insulin resistance so adding a lot of carbs on top seems a bit of a problem. So changing the light is key for athletes. Carbs are high in deuterium too so there is that to consider for health Thank you for your comment
@Thebusysuperhuman5 күн бұрын
Also In terms of the diets all the guys followed - can I see the plans as when people dp dirty keto or keto with keto processed food or eat loads of dairy etc it’s not how I’d do it. Also raw keto is best as cooking meat spoils it. I’m almost 48 and did a lot of martial arts and took up gymnastics when I was 42 and it was 2hr sessions with 20yr olds and I was fine being mostly keto. So more brutal than sparring which men (who showed no mercy to me? So being a scientist I have to see exactly what clients are eating, labs and their light enviroment - then I can see why there is a problem - all people should easily be able to go into ketosis- and respond properly to glucose. it’s metabolic flexibility
@Thebusysuperhuman5 күн бұрын
Africans usually have a coupled mitochondrial haplogroup hence their sporting abilities. If they live at the equator in the sun this is ideal for this haplogroup so the carbs don’t matters as they aren’t leaking electrons out of complex 1 in the mitochondria - If you watch my video on this It’s the location that dictates the diet

100% as you can access the magnetism which provides energy, then the Schumann resonance, the sun makes phase conjugated pump waves, it makes plasma that contains electrons and hydrogen, there is near infra red light all the time … list goes on. Way more then just UV light and some of that get through the clouds …

Dry fasting will deplete deuterium water in the body. Of course the quality of the food and water matters when you start refeeding. Have you looked in to that?
@Thebusysuperhuman9 күн бұрын
Yes I’ve tried it and it can - just most people as in my clients won’t do it and it’s not good for low leptin or if you are prone to UTIs and it’s not addressing other health hazards like artifical light and bad circadian rhythm as you deplete Deuteurium the most during sleep.
@olgakuchukov69819 күн бұрын
I dry fast regularly and absolutely LOVE IT. So much better than water fasting. Of course, yet another fab benefit is deuterium depletion which makes all the sense since no exogenous water is coming in. No wonder I feel so amazing. 😃 I follow QB practices, eat carnivore. I have been oxalate dumping for over a year and I find dry fasting is the only thing that has been helping, even though there is no low-ox intake to stanch the detox. In my case, it has been a year of diarrhea and dry fasting has been the only thing “drying” that up. Im on the other side of that detox. UTI’s are often a result of oxalate dumping.

I don’t worry about deuterium that much. I think it was Sara who said previously that provided enough saturated fats, the mitochondria will create their own deuterium depleted water and leave the deuterium out for connective tissues. Have definitely tried dry fasting before. Now I supplement it with butter or sometimes exogenous ketones. The only thing I feel missing is sodium. I start craving sodium or anything salted.
@olgakuchukov69817 күн бұрын
@@alanbeirut3702 when do you crave salt? I eat a high fat carnivore diet with plenty of salt. I am in ketosis most of the time, I would wager, though not always. I do not measure ketones nor take exogenous ketones. Though I can smell ketones exiting through my urine often, but not always and especially not when I include a fair amount of dairy (cheese, ferments) in my diet - I suspect the lactose carbs kick me out of ketosis, which is fine. I have steady high energy and can fast easily with steady and high energy levels continuing through the fast. Re-feeding is gentle and slow and not a problem. I did train for all of this the last year, taking it slow, etc. I make sure I am highly hydrated and mineraled-up before starting fasting and I break the fast with warm mountain spring water (i get myself from local mountain) and trace minerals. I suspect the high fat content makes it easy for me to fast. In the past, when I ate (too many) carbs, fasting was much harder. I don’t worry about deuterium for myself, either. I do worry about it for everyone else I see slurping coconut water all year. 🤓😂
