As a female doctor how did you manage your work life balance when you have so much field work and all , and have to travel a lot

By Dr Chethana - As a female doctor, I have found it important to strive for a healthy work-life balance. I have done this by setting boundaries, prioritizing my work, and actively carving out time for self-care. I have also made sure to let my colleagues know that I need to maintain a consistent schedule in order to be my most productive and ensure that I'm getting the rest and relaxation that I need. When I have to travel for work, I make sure to pack my schedule so that I am seeing patients during the day and can use my evenings to rest and unwind. I also make sure to maintain communication with my colleagues and family so that I can keep up with things back at home and to let them know when I am feeling overwhelmed or need help.
