I really enjoyed and loved the job working in rural areas.. My question is sir if I don't want to go to teaching Job ..should I opt for md psm from decent government college??

md community medicine requires full-time dedication for 3 years, however, meanwhile, you can prepare for PLAB too as Community medicine includes all the clinical aspects of medicine. In a way, it will help you in excelling better in MD Community Medicine. Further, you can pursue your MPH in UK to get international job opportunities, in WHO, UNICEF and others..
