does this works in the case of anxiety? I have some pain in my chest. I know its nothing physically wrong over there is just a blocked emotion, and I don`t know how to handle it. A few times I managed to let go of it but it came back. I literally feel how the energy has been released from that area. But for some reason I can`t do it again. it seems like doesn`t work anymore. Thank you!

According to Dr. Hawkins (and my own experience as well) this practice DOES help with anxiety. But that being said, anxiety comes in many forms and degrees, and it's likely not something a few sessions of this practice will completely release. I would recommend trying this practice IN ADDITION to whatever other tools or treatments you are using for anxiety to see how it might help by releasing some of those knots at the energetic level. Also, when anxiety is flaring, it can be tough to dive in to a practice like this, so it's good to practice with "lighter and easier" emotions and moments. I hope that is helpful!

@@PurposeLabChannel HI, to be fair, what I have noticed that works for me, its to quiet my mind totally like stop thinking at all, being totally present and the pain in the heart faded away. After that, I noticed that other feelings are coming up like sadness, grief. Maybe that pain wasn`t allow me to feel anything else like basically numb my feelings. Thank you!

Keep up the practice!

Started realising and letting go some emotions some month ago and life became so much lighter and loosener to me. I finally can be really happy while also be sad as the emotion comes up. Life becomes really emotional as the emotions come up to flow around. How is/was the prozess for you?

I agree completely. In the beginning there are a lot of emotions that flow because they've been "contained" for so long. But holding space and letting the good and the bad feelings process definitely brings a feeling of lightness and possibility. I've found that in the long run there is less roller coaster of emotions and more stability and the releases are less intense. Everyone's journey is different thought. Thanks for your practice and keep it up!

Was the process in this video just music? It seemed like you were speaking but I couldn't hear the voice audio, only the music audio.

Yes there was some guidance! Thanks for the heads up. I had to update the music for a copyright issue and didn't realize it had cut the voice.

I adjusted it :) It may take a couple hours to update but I'd LOVE to have you try again with the guided audio.

@@PurposeLabChannelthank you. I tried with the update and it did work. I found myself wanting to label the feeling and then thinking of where it might have come from until you said to release the story and just let it be. Before the minute was up the sensation felt lighter, as if the feeling had already passed and was no longer in my awareness. Hopefully I can stop and utilize this method more. 🙏🏻

That's great observation and self-awareness. Sounds like it was important to have the voice over there so glad I got that fixed!

I bought the book in late August this year and started practicing soon after. I agree with simple but not easy. Once you open the door to some of these suppressed emotions it can get a bit scary but you will not die and they are in the end just feelings. I have been doing the practice passionately. Here is a guided meditation I like. Let me know what you think. Thanks for the video. I love how you memorized the instructions . I found the same challenge. Where are the instructions. Yes, really a game-changer (both the book and the practice!). I've bookmarked the practice you shared to try soon. From what I heard the first minute or so it sounds really nice. For the record, I do have some notes in front of me when sharing long quotes so can't take credit for too much memorization! Thanks so much for watching and commenting. I truly appreciate it.
