He wanted and suggested that people "go out" and expose themselves to Corvid. Really? Why not just suggest they just go out and shoot up. The rates are the same right? This is the only guest I HATE, HATE, HATE and will never respect him again.

Nothing makes it go away. That's been the reality of my life with chronic pain over the past 11 years. Every day is a new fight, but I'll never give up. Thank you for your excellent podcast, Michael. I'm still chatching up with older episodes, and I'm enjoying each and every single one of them 🙏🏻

I loved what Dr. Drew said about what he’s learned. “Check your humility. Always be humble.” He’s so sincere, so genuine. And generous to share how he’s been having depression during this time and what he’s learned about the virus, how we can counteract it. So honest and open about his experiences. I appreciate it when a doctor can be so real. I just love that man.

Loveline was the first time I heard Michael as he is and not just as a character on Smallville. He had me and my friend rolling! I’ve been a fan of him as a person, and not just as Lex, ever since. This was an awesome throwback

Probably similar to many people that watch this interview, I grew up listing to Loveline and watching the show on MTV. Really great to learn more about some of his struggles around anxiety and depression as well as hear his educated insights on the virus. Feel like this was a great tee up for the interviews for mental health awareness week.

Always liked Dr Drew. Used to watch him on Celebrity Rehab. Nice to see that you have a therapist on as well as artists / actors. It is great that they will come onto the podcast and share similar issues anyone suffer from. We all suffer, but there are so many artists that don’t open up. They are human and need help just like anyone may need. I really enjoy these podcasts.

Just for context Drew joined loveline while still a medical student and they labeled him “ask the surgeon” and he wasn’t board certified until half a decade later. But he felt it was fine giving medical advice then. Smh

Did I hear Dr. Drew correctly...? He said people that take a multivitamin die earlier than people who don't...? I've been taking a multivitamin for probably 20 years now or so... is that something I should stop doing? Hmm. Anyway, i'm a big fan of Dr. Drew from way back to the old 'Loveline' days. Always had a lot of admiration for the guy. This was a great podcast. :)

This one was very interesting all around. I enjoyed hearing his insight about covid19 and how the government has responded with quarantining. I appreciate him being more in the middle of the road in regards to that. I think there's too many people pointing fingers and judging people when the truth is that we don't know the way forward. Let me just put it this way, you have to risk things in order to get rewarded and I'll leave it at that. I'm really looking forward to the podcast with your therapists. With quarantining and social distance, so many people are struggling not only to make ends meet but also with mental health. Suicides have gone up dramatically and people need help getting through it.

@@tmoney1876 in all fairness, I don't think anybody got covid19 correctly. People either shot too far in their predictions of its impact or too little. Certainly, smarter decisions could have been made all around that probably would have prevented so many deaths, but I won't get into that.
@tmoney18764 жыл бұрын
@@AngieBee93 Did you watch the video? Have you actually read anything from experts? Caution was always the right decision. Actively promoting the idea that it is "just he flu" cost lives. And how do you explain trying to whitewash his conduct by filing a DCMA takedown against a video that did not infringe? This wasn't a judgment call. This was Dr. Drew actively coming out against science because that's what played well on Fox News. The only major news channel that is still interested in what he has to say. This isn't "aw shucks I guess I got it wrong" and you giving him that out empowers him to do it again. Hold him accountable. The idea that "no one got it right" is incorrect as well. The experts all said that it was unknown and always qualified their statements. Quacks like Dr. Drew were the ones talking like they knew what was going on when no one on earth did.

Drew lie #1: He volunteered to go to NY on his own free will. The Truth: he was called out for downplaying the epidemic and the deaths which he is still doing and someone made montage of it so for PR he claimed he signed up to go to NY. But the truth is he told NY he is high risk because of his past Prostate cancer 11 years ago and high blood pressure so they never called him!

Not that anybody gives a crap, but there's only one thing about this interview that bothered me. As Dr. Drew was telling us what he personally takes for health, I felt like that he might have continued on had the subject not been abruptly changed. Maybe he was at the end of his list. I don't know. Other than that, I enjoyed the interview.
