I never understand when they either don't catch a smuggler or hoped that it was "something bigger than cannibis". I would think as an officer, you would be glad to see less smuggling and it would save you and other tax payers money not having to keep people locked up. Just weird.

It would make more sense to have cannabis legal, obviously if they have a huge amount, intending to sell it, they should get in trouble. A small amount for personal use should be fine! And no, I don't use it

I dont know why, but i really do enjoy watching your videos to see people's behaviors and the law enforcement in action. I'm always impressed by the professionalism of the officials and their intuition & common sense, esp in the face of poorly-behaved travelers. It'd be interesting to have a video showing the statistics, yields, conviction rates, and estimated successful/missed seizures, cost of personnel & supplies (such as drug testing kits) and such. It seems that the shows primarly focus on illegal street drugs and importation of excessive amounts of cigarettes. Occasionally, there are forbidden plants, seeds, foodstuffs, or artifacts. Rarely weapons/explosives, radioactive materials, or such. Or, criminals evading capture or using illegal identification. // I don't know why these criminals dont watch these shows to learn about all the unsuccessful ways to circumvent the law, esp giving certain behavioral clues, unsuccessful claims of not knowing whats in your luggage, concealing substances, not carrying a large number of the same items, etc. And, maybe they'd conclude it's probably better to not transport from certain countries by air. But, i don't know much about the drug trade and how it's done on a large scale.

To all these people who try to pretend that they haven't done anything, aren't smuggling drugs into the country, then crying about getting caught, the answer is very simple - DON'T FU*KING DO IT!! Is it really worth doing jail time, losong your freedom and whatever reputation you had? (If you're willing to smuggle drugs then your reputation probably wasn't much to begin with!) Not to mention probably losing the respect and dignity of your loved ones - if they're willing to stand by you once you're in jail. It's really simple - MAKE BETTER CHOICES!! If someone asks you to swallow drigs and travel across the border, think about rhe consequences BEFORE YOU DO IT. Because if (and when) you get caught, YOU ARE THE ONE FACING JAIL TIME - ABD THE PERSON WHO ASKED YOU TO DO IT IS STILL WALKING AROUND FREE, FINDING ANOTHER FOOL TO REPLACE YOU!! So think BEFORE YOU ACT - BECAUSE YOU COULD WIND UP LOCKED AWAY FOR A LONG TIME!
