Very good food planning!. However, I found the amount of food consumption so much. It seems to keep eating all day long :)

Hi Erica! Thank you! Everybody is different in terms of how much, what and when it's best to eat for them. And even each individual changes his/her eating habits throughout the year and menstrual cycle (for example), or in case of illness and recovery. It's meant to be as inspiration and not for exact copying 😊

What do you do for variety? While this particular day's menu looks good, I wouldn't want to eat this "menu" virtually every single day.

I noticed you had a lot of fruit. Cherries and pears are ok for you now that your in maintenance phase of candida? Also do you take the candida supplements on a regular basis or if you just notice flare ups?

Hi! Yes, I'm okay with fruit now. However, I don't overdo it and don't eat huge quantities of sweet fruits either. From dried varieties I only have prunes, goji berries and some dates. At the moment, during a day, I'd have about 200g of berries (wild blueberries, raspberries, lingonberries, tart cherries), a handful of goji berries, some prune puree or date paste with my dessert and 1/2-1 fruit (apple, pear, apricots, orange etc). I don't take any candida supplements regularly, not even probiotics. However, I do consume anti-fungal spices (turmeric, cinnamon, cloves) and other foods (garlic, lemon) every day.

What if you need to lose weight like I do? I can't have over 2000 calories a day. :(

Hi! Simply eat less! In some categories I ate more than necessary by the daily dozen criteria.
