Native Son is one of my favorite Low key movies of all time ...Wright really delved into the psychology of the bLk Man stuck in poverty and took a job to provide for his family and got caught up in a accidental murder and he was so scared he tried to Cover it up to keep his job...Oprah Winfrey was his mother in the movie great Movie....

the solution lies in neither the plantation south nor the northern cities but in maroonage. Going out into the wilderness & developing our own life system. The problem is in continuity, that is to say will the Black women leave having the fringe of white peoples comforts in their civilization to join the Black man in the wilderness? Being tethered to her is really what keeps all the Bigger's running from south to north and back over and over.
