My name is Dr Ian Rubenstein. I'm a GP (primary care physician) in a medical practice in Enfield, London, UK.
Obviously I’m scientifically inclined. You have to be to be a doctor. Medicine is, after all, science-based: you need to pass your science exams to go to medical school. Science, logic, reason: what else would there be?
Patients, meetings, being on-call: a normal medical career. Busy, of course. Demanding, naturally. But well, what do you expect?
That was my life in the summer of 2003. I didn't know it at the time but I was like a man standing on the edge of a cliff.
When I took a leap of faith off that cliff I found that I'd embarked on an intriguing journey through the Twilight Zone.
And then some really strange things started to happen....

Another very interesting guest. Obviously, he's not 'wet behind the ears', and he's sat in a development circle, got a good training and background. Perhaps Spiritualsm is viewed as old hat these days, but there's a lot of experienced people within the movement amongst those not so. I sat in a development circle for a few years late 1970’s and went to the Arthur Findlay College a few times. I knew Albert Best and other mediums, so I know that the real deal is just that. Great that there are people like Ian still around 🙂

The Ancestral memories in DNA question could be what we call dreams. What if we ourselves are our own ancestors and the dreams we have could be past life experiences. I know it sounds out there but surely no more out there than everything else that’s discussed on this channel . I have always thought that there’s more to dreams than we could possibly imagine.

Great show Paul Les. So many fascinating subjects but one that Dr Ian briefly touched on about most haunted being fake me and my wife was on a ghost walk at annisons funeral home in hull now a late night pharmacy the tour guide was an advisor when most haunted filmed there ide seen that particular show speaking to the guide about it he told us that hed seen fakery taking place on the shoot! That behaviour does so much harm to the genuine people in that field!
