When you raise your frequency within you literally can hypnotize yourself therefore your magnetism changes for you are electricity.

Hi. Lovely video but slightly patronising of the hypnosis process. Hypnosis does not rely on placebo effect. It`s wrong to use that term although it can describe an indefinable amplification of the process based on the patients will to get better and belief in the system. Also, magnets were far from new in Mesmer`s day. They were used in healing in pre-Vedic times; thousands of years before. Modern magnet therapy does not base itself on Mesmer`s `animal magnetism`. It works on the positively charged potassium, sodium and calcium of the cells that boosts the bioelectric healing process natural in humans. Mesmer was an experimental scientist with regards to this process.

I appreciate your video but as a Chiropractor I always ask the skeptics this question “if it works, but isn’t ‘scientifically provable’ why are we, healthcare practitioners so eager to discredit it?” Usually the answer is that “patient safety” or “that’s not how medicine works”. But if you’ve ever been to any healthcare practitioner, be it PT, DC, DO, MD etc, you sign a document that says in so many words “this procedure may fail, reverse, have side effects etc”. I can’t think of a single surgery, medication, imaging, therapy that has a 100% success rate or 0 side effects. So, I propose to the skeptics, accept the unknown, be skeptical but not ignorant.

@Γεώργιος Μαραγκουδάκης Your comment makes no sense of what I said. Secondly, to assume all homeopathy is placebo is wrong. That’s the equivalent of saying Neem leaf is homeopathy, so it’s only placebo and therefore doesn’t work. Now regarding placebo only curing psychosomatic disorders, again completely false. Sir, I am more concerned with your blanket statements which are all false and your lack of understanding regarding my comment. Please tell me you are not in any form a healthcare practitioner

He focused chi. He knew the secrets of the universe and string theory. The real mystery of Mesmer was after he went into exile nobody knew what he did in the last 20 years of his life.

Please do not do chi, hyptnotism, acupuncture, and things the like. The devil, our adversary walks about seeking whom he may devour. Resist him in the faith brother. And stay away from vaccines. Disagree that magnets wouldn’t have an effect. Magnetic fields influence each other. Auric fields interact

Can you explain how we can study and apply these auric field concepts? Any solid, non-mystical books or principles of some sort out there?

thanks! in the book, "the discovery of the unconscious" there is a method refered to as "magnetism"... it was a method before hypnosis. is this the same thing?

_Actually, both “‘resistance”’ and “‘transference”’ had been known to magnetizers and hypnotists. The hypnotists knew that their subjects often showed resistance to falling into a hypnotic sleep, and that once hypnotized, they resisted certain commands, or they would perform suggested acts in a distorted or incomplete way. Forel had described how, when recalling forgotten events, under hypnosis, the procedure became increasingly difficult the closer he came to the critical points that were painful to the patient. As to transference, it was a reincarnation of what had been known for a century as rapport and which Janet had recently brought back into focus as somnambulic influence. Freud’s innovation lay not in introducing the notions of resistance and transference, but in the idea of analyzing them as a basic tool of therapy._ The Discovery of the Unconscious; the History and Evolution of Dynamic Psychiatry by Ellenberger, Henri F 1970

Ah... Another echo from the old tale... Without referring to Esdaile or Elliotson or others... I am writing on Mesmerism right now and looking for something new... But, alas... Again? Doc, can't you see that the sentiment on animal magnetism violates recent studies on the effects of EMF to human health? Or that of the theory of Entanglement? Or at least Seasonal Affective Disorder? Oh...Come on doc... Don't take part in the conspiracy. 😅
