But they are.... read the ingredient label. "Fully hydrogenated palm oil, partially hydrogenated palm and soybean oil".... money is king. Whole food, plantbased, or educated mediterranean may be the only safe food left. Healing cancer has opened my eyes... now my eyes always read the ingredient label.

I read ingredient labels as soon as I learned how to read, and my mother thought that was abnormal and use that to justify having me diagnosed with autism when I was four years old. Not once was I told about the harm that carbohydrates and seed oils can do.

Thanks to the cotton gin, slavery took off in a big way! Crisco does continue to use hydrogenated oils--the FDA banned semi-hydrogenated oils but allowed fully-hydrogenated oils. Please, for your health: use organic flax seed oil (the only oil in which cancer cells will NOT grow); organic coconut oils; olive oils bearing the stamp of the EU that verifies where the olives were grown and the oil made. I use organic flax seed oil and organic coconut oil after doing two years of intensive research (I'm retired) on nutrition. M.S.W. in gerontology.

Thank you for this information. So Olive oil is not good for you? I keep hearing all of these good things about olive oil, even my doctor told me to use olive oil, and heard coconut oil is bad. Just confused and many Americans are.
