My favorite is Pellegrino with half lemon juice and big ice cubes! Here in Greece we have maybe the best lemons in the world! It will be great to come and taste all the goods we have here dr Gundry. Meat, seafood, cheese, sheep yogurt, you gonna love original feta cheese and sheep yogurt! Let me know when you come, it will be my pleasure to help you eat like a local!

I make this with 2-4 tablespoons of tart cherry syrup. Sometimes I had freshly squeezed lime juice and make a Cherry-Lime Ricky. I usually use stevia: allulose is virtually tasteless.

Balsamic vinegar is delicious! I wouldn't have thought about using it in a drink. What a great suggestion. In Australia, lemon lime bitters was/is a popular drink. It is refreshing and healthy. Love these suggestions on soda alternatives.

Thank you those look fabulous. I can’t wait to try them. Over the years I’ve continuously come across somebody talking about how carbonated drinks lower our immunity for 12 hours and I know the San Pellegrino carbonated water is natural, but I don’t know if you’ve read that study and I’m not a doctor or scientist I’m just saying I’ve heard this several times and it’s maybe something to look up online and try to find a good source of that information. But wanting to have a soda every once in A while this sounds like a fabulous recipe. Can’t wait to try all three.

Expensive tap water with added carbonation(San Pellegrino) there isn't any water from the Alps in it. Don't you know the Italian motto " Laws are made to be broken ". born and raised for the first miserable years 25 years of my life in that crappy country. If you live in California use Calistoga instead

No need to tell me this as I had to stop drinking these in 1979 due to the acid reflux. Back then the main ingredients were Sugar, Caramel Coloring, Flavoring etc. Now they have Sugar, Higher Fructose Corn Syrup, Phosphoric Acid, Caramel Coloring, Potassium Benzoate/Sodium Benzoate Stay away from this “stuff” and stuff isn’t the word I want to use!

@@moladhdodhia164 Interesting you should mention Brominated Vegetable Oil because Mountain Dew used that ingredient for years. When I found out that this was originally intended to be a Flame Retardant, I GASPED. The FDA banned this "chemical" in food August 2, 2024. These food companies will put ANYTHING in the products they sell.
