Another great chat. I agree with so many of your thoughts. Omega 3s being rancid etc. I am even more impressed by you now after hearing your initial struggles here. Brava!!

Really informative and fascinating interview. I'd love to see you do an episode with Nicole Shanahan some time if the opportunity arises. After having a bad experience with IVF, being told she would never have children, and then getting pregnant naturally, she started funding reproductive longevity research.

That would be interesting, wouldn't it? Yes there's so much we can do to awaken the body's innate capabilities, and we are just beginning and understand and respect that...❤️

3:55 Very good point Joy. I have that problem with so many people. If they think it’s not published in their native language or private they don’t understand it’s real. Also, you can’t throw away thousands of years of history, showing it works, just because it wasn’t published. I just have to remind myself it’s the system they are being cultivated in and that they are not scientist. I would also like to add that it usually takes 18 years before things get accepted in the medical field. That means they are that far behind.
@JoyKongMD7 ай бұрын
Exactly! Medical doctors generally are quite behind the latest research and medical advances, unfortunately.

Thank you so much for your content. Is there any information on stem cell therapies and reversing the aging process specifically related to a women's fertility? A women's fertility seems to be directly connected to her health and longevity. It would be interesting to know the impacts of antiaging stem cell therapies impacts on fertility as it relates to longevity and the preservation of fertility.

Thank you for your comment. Yes in my clinical practice, I have seen enhanced fertility in patients who received stems of treatment. Also, in literature review, at least in animal studies - when perimenopausal rats were injected with younger stem cells, they were able to have increase the number of ovarian follicles, improved estrogen, and progesterone levels, decreased FSH and LH levels, which were all signs of improved fertility, and lastly, improved number of pregnancies.

By controlling &balancing of central circadian clock and the peripheral circadian clock by mental&physical training, . Can we increase the level of stem cells in each tissue, and controlling the aging.

I am sure by harmonizing the body, it is harmonizing and enhancing the health and function of the stem cells...:)

The speed of improvement depends on various factors, relating to the type of disease/condition and how stem cells work. Maybe this video will offer some perspectives: How Long Will the Benefits Last? (3 Stages of Healing in Stem Cell Therapy) kzbin.info/www/bejne/aZ63oo1mnMyEfa8

17:37 If you want to know that you are getting younger and show the ability to have a more time and quality of life, I would use the Flow-FISH to measure my telomeres. Once they get too short and can’t replicate they unravel like a shoelace. This really would have been good to do before starting stem cells to see the before and after plus the equilibrium over the sessions. It may not show any change.
@JoyKongMD7 ай бұрын
I will look into that test... some of our patients choose to do biological age testing that include telomere length testing. There are many markers of aging - symptoms and functional decline are some of the markers!

IF you watch the experts telling you how to stay young, THEN watch a video by them 10 years later, guess what, they age the same as you and me despite their daily drugs
@JoyKongMD7 ай бұрын
It depends on which experts you are looking at of course. We know we can slow down the rate of aging by various methods - stem cells, peptides, senolytics, and different lifestyle changes...
