After 4am?? Ms. Twinkie held it down. Out of everyone Im sure she had some very tiring days. Her being the main musician she HAD to be there 95% of the time. Ms. Twinkie your labor isn't in vain!!

I can see why Mr. Clark had his arguments with Ms Mattie for she had poor Twinkie all over the place with her and her workshops and being so young too she also pinned all those early songs for her sisters so she really didn’t spread her wings until later in life and from what I’ve seen in the movie and what’s written with the wrong man. Twinkie is the best and yes Kiki looks so much like the younger Twinkie.

@@PowerPraiseTwinkie Yes so I've learned over the years and its no wonder Mr. Clark had issues with his wife. She seemed to want to do what she wanted and him being a pastor wanted his wife by his side but back then the male ruled the household and woman were always told what they should and shouldn't do. Mrs. Clark wasn't having it. Ms Twinkie loved what she was doing but I can see sometimes in her interviews it was very hard for her and mom was hard on her.
