He has made a mistake with the petition. The court will simply throw it out by saying, "If you have issues, file before the Judicial Complaints Commission." For his petition to succeed, let him file a complaint before the Judicial Complaints Commission and then further action will be taken.

The same issue was raised b sangwa on the qualifications of concourt judges,, he was dissimised as a bitter man. Zambians and people, even today in our jobs, if you get your job but you have no qualifications to support you, what one does is to become bootlickers, musungu anikonde, tuchawa kuli aboss,, that how such keep jobs, kulabosha niba yes sir yes madam every where kneeling down with fake respect, if you see such just know something is wrong, check the qualifications and capacity and capabilities, it will tell you

This one in other words is against the judgement that sqarshed Lungu's third term bid. His petition is anchored on the basis of unqualified judges but targeting a reversal of the judgement that saw Lungu's third term bid rejected on grounds that he had been sworn in as president twice
