Oh I remember this horror. A friend of mine had this weird looking Famiclone in a plastic lookalike PC tower with a 3.5" floppy drive and this "game" was built in. I assume, after seeing this, that it was a later version of the Doctor PC Jr - it had a simple UI and you could drop down to something resembling DOS. You could plug Famicom cartridges into a slot in the front, it had a keyboard and rudimentary mouse, and I remember the odd selection of built in programs it had (Including this monstrosity and that Minesweeper game). Surprisingly, it also had a version of BASIC built in that had a decent character set for building your own games! I used to be supremely jealous of that "computer"!
