Dr PC Jr Facemaker does have one additional feature that you may have missed. If you own a 'legitimate' copy and run it on the original hardware, and design and print a face, the next person you meet will have that face, and will know who gave them that face.

Nice editing job on that scary looking fridge! Yes, I'm old enough to remember the Spinnaker "game" and others they did, like Fraction Fever... actually you could edit that one, 'cos it was written in BASIC! They had it at our local library (for edutainment), so we "hacked" it, put in some rude words and saved it over the original copy. Ah, the memories!

Great video again on some quite unusual games, that i must say; apart from being quite weird are, quite well thought through, at least in terms of the last one you showed. Oh I remember this horror. A friend of mine had this weird looking Famiclone in a plastic lookalike PC tower with a 3.5" floppy drive and this "game" was built in. I assume, after seeing this, that it was a later version of the Doctor PC Jr - it had a simple UI and you could drop down to something resembling DOS. You could plug Famicom cartridges into a slot in the front, it had a keyboard and rudimentary mouse, and I remember the odd selection of built in programs it had (Including this monstrosity and that Minesweeper game). Surprisingly, it also had a version of BASIC built in that had a decent character set for building your own games! I used to be supremely jealous of that "computer"!

Remember 'Minder' the ZxSpectrum game? One of the most original ideas in the game was the way the game used the Police 'mugshot' style to create characters in-game. That was pretty stylish innnnnnnn 1982? Not actually gonna search for it cos ... cos. I hated the tv show 'cos it was kind like The Professionals crossed with Only Fools and Horses. The game tho' wasn't too bad... at the time. And cos it was 20p to hire for a week.
