As a physician, I wish I could list all the elements of that interview that crossed over any reasonable ethical lines. His regret for how it was portrayed is simply trying to deflect the anger. that is reasonably directed toward him. He (at least is reported to be) is a healthcare professional. That comes with responsibilities. He was wrong by any reasonable measure. He's too conceited to acknowledge the fact. He did NOT put this woman's mental health first.

I used to watch Dr.Phil. One day my daughter asked me what happened to all the people who he had interviewed. The guests just faded off into the ether. Narcissistic. Scary. Mouthpiece, thats it. Dont be victim to someone thats got entitled "knowledge ". Or lets not forget his propagating ending for himself. People go elsewhere. He's sickening. I hate psychologists. My experience with them - male and female - was them listen, interrupt, then lecture whilst throwing in their own personal experiences, plus how successful they are now.. Also, how precious their time was $$$$...

When you have a cash cow that puts $95 million a year into your pocket, you aren't likely to regret much. I'm sure he doesn't care if he helps anybody, hurts anybody, exploits anybody, gets guests drunk before shows or takes advantage of the mentally ill.

I have never liked Dr. Phil because he sensationalizes everything and I don’t think he ever gets to the truth. As far as him talking about woke culture, I wish she would’ve given his definition.
