How would you compare the forefoot cushioning to the Dr Scholl's running inserts? That's the priority for me. The forefoot is usually the most neglected part of the insoles on the market. Thx

Good question. Performance insoles have more cushion throughout the whole foot compared to the running inserts!

Can these insoles work well for those who play alot of Basketball? That would be me, thats why im asking.

They’re geared toward running distance, but I would think they would be comfortable for basketball. I just don’t have the personal experience to give you an absolute “yes” or “no” answer! I would recommend trying the “sport” insoles first!

I have low arches. Do you think the arch is too high and/or stiff for low-arched runners? Thank you.
