Sebi left us with such amazing knowledge. I want you to all think about something: no man living or dead, knew or understands EVERYTHING. Dr. Sebi was truly a brilliant man, but even he was misled on a few things. You don't have to make sure that literally everything you eat is alkaline. Everything in this life is about BALANCE. Eat NATURAL foods. It doesn't really matter whether you have a few natural food items that are "acidic" like carrots. Eat colorful foods that have seeds, and vegetables that are in their purest form. People over complicate things and they miss the main issue: stop eating the bullshit. Stop eating McDonalds, Kfc, frozen tv dinner meals, stop drinking soda, stop with the candy, the sweets and refined sugars. Stop eating so much MEAT. The poison is in the meat that they give us, and it is in the tap water. Spend some money and stock up on purified water. A raw vegan diet for about 3 weeks or more will show you the difference. It's not easy though, it takes discipline. Thats why most people don't believe it, and a lot of people never achieve it. The main thing his teachings were and are doing is getting people to stop eating the processed bullshit, and drinking more water. Too much of ANYTHING can kill you, including water. BALANCE yourself, get back to naturalistic eating, and you will see the benefits. Good luck.

It doesn't matter to me what he did, and did not cure, because the message is still there. @@wassgoodyee5710 Too much of anything can kill you, so don't just overdo it; but you should at least try to drink at least like 3-4 if you are new to drinking lots of water. it's very hard to drink "too much" water. Just listen to your body, and be ready because you will have to pee a lot. The key is that if you are not drinking soda or lots of artificial juices, you should automatically be drinking a lot more water. Some people drink a gallon a day. This can be very good for you but it's not necessary and you should be getting water already from fruits and vegetables if you have a well balanced diet.
