No, Drake said "I associate myself as a black man." That's different from identifying as a black man. It sounds like he's claiming black adjacent. Then when talking about music artists accolades, Drake was very selective with this words. He said "all of us." He never said "black" or "black artist." He didn't commit to "black." I interpret this as him not committing to being black and talking around the race conversation.
