Brilliant bruh calls himself......Ifatunde? cmon fam. Not Israel? ok then give us a Muslim, Hindu,Shaolin or Zoroaster name. A race is a SEED, so we have a father. Father what? So with all of the great "books" written who is our father? an ancient anamist who's religion is land and animals?

It’s true! My daughter called me from California in LA telling me her Chinese doctor refused to do a nature birth and that she would do in fact a c- section! And she gets more money for doing it that way! Her doctor was bold out spoken and to the point! My daughter made it clear that’s not what I want! Ok, so my daughter got up walked out , drove 1 hour and 15 mins while in labor! Then went down to the Beverly Hill hospital around rich folks away , from her hood neighborhood healthcare doctors clinic! Her baby was born healthy and safe ! Today they are both fine!!!!! 🎉❤🎉Thank god she had the confidence and courage to trust her own instincts and judgment!

I was having heavy periods and was diagnosed with having fibroid tumors. This was the 1980 and i was scheduled for a hysterectomy. I was only 26 and wanted to marry and have children one day. I was told i would have a slim to none chance pf carrying a baby to full term because of the size of one of the tumors. A black coworker also has a hysterectomy when she was 23 because of fibroids and before she could have any children. It didn't feel right to me, especially coming from an all-white medical staff.. i didn't show up for the operation. I'm glad I didn't. I gave birth to my full -term daughter nine years later.

My wife has heavy periods and she had fibroids too. She was told the same thing as you so she had an operation to remove them. We didn't have our son until over 7 years later but she had to have a c-section. A year later, our daughter was born through a c-section as well. She still has pretty heavy periods to this day. After reading your comment, I wonder if she should have skipped that initial operation too.

@@onpurpose1896 I have never taken money from people under false pretenses. The proof that he's a scammer?? The lack of a school is your evidence. To see proof of his lies, you just need to look at the promises he has made each year, check whether the he delivered then tally up. To date he has made hundreds of promises (check his videos for receipts) and delivered nothing. You're free to send him money, just don't fool yourself into believing that you're funding a school. His donors have seen NOTHING in terms of results and NOTHING in terms of plans in black and white, for the last 13yrs. But go ahead and keep drawing a false equivalency between someone who points out a scammer and the actual scam artist.

Ten years ago I had a hysterectomy because my uterus had been plagued with "fibroid tumors", for 20 years (after that C-Section). By the time I had the C-Section, I was "doing well financially, I was successful and had private insurance" through my and my husband's job. I also had a Black African female doctor, who told me, while in recovery from my hysterectomy, "I see why you never had any more children, it was a fuckin' mess in there!!" We're in an age where ppl do what is pleasing to them, not God. The average woman is lost and don't even know it. Women stepped down from the pedastal for less worthy roles; which is why we see the claiming of the highest title on the planet being handed to men in women's clothing by Biden. Meanwhile, the bio.females play the whore parading their nakedness for the world's naked eye to see and catering to the lowest nature in man.

Preaching Dr. Umar!! I hâte the over emphasis on sports in black communities. God forbid a little black boy does not gravitate towards sports…It practically forced on them at some point. My black five year old son is gifted and reads and comprehends at a fifth grade level, 3rd grade level mathematics, and grasp concepts he shouldn’t understand. I seek out black male doctors, educators and leaders as role models for my child so they can see what’s possible. Me and my husband live in a diverse suburbs with blue ribbon schools and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I think building large black networks at all levels is just as influential as only staying in black neighborhoods.

No, I don't think every black male child should be forcefully directed into sports! However, sports and exercise should be a part of every child's life!!! If presented to each child the physical health benefits of sports and the strategic mind and competitive comradory of sports is just as beneficial as academics! Especially today with sedentary cell phones, computers and gaming!!! It is the parents job to balance their children, a push and support the specific interest and strong talents!!!

The primary issue with this interview is that there are no black women present, yet they’re the topic of conversation. I’m a black mother with no implants and wasn’t able to breast feed, however, the opposite was true of a family member who had implants and was successful at breast feeding. I would have appreciated the input of a doula, AA ob/gyn, midwife etc.

That sounds like what happened when my husband and I was pregnant with our first born. Epidural slowed my childs heart and they told me they will have to do a csection. I was scared. The doctor told me he had to hurry up so he could make it home for dinner. When I got pregnant with my second, they told me I would never be able to have a vaginal birth, and needed to schedule a csection. And I had every child after that naturally..refused meds, went to deliver when I knew I was well and ready. I listened to my body. I was done listening to these doctors.

He plays an important role but some of his rhetoric is brainless & ignorant - the pregnancy dialogue was insane & he's basically blaming his lack of preparation for a natural childbirth on a large scale conspiracy designed to eliminate Blk women..... C section follows an epidural b/c an epidural analgesic crashes a woman's Oxytocin production...... Oxytocin aka the Love Hormone is also a natural Uterotonic - a substance that causes a woman's uterus to CONTRACT n Labor - so the Epidural solves One problem - terrible pain which Intensifies stress & fera in the mother but Creates another - no contractions No birth So let's explain this process as it normally occurs during Labor..... mother wants a natural child birth but mother & father have done nothing to actually Prepare for a natural child birth - usually b/c they are part of the largest population in America - the poor & working class - who have no time to prepare for a natural childbirth b/c both are working their ballz off just to make ends meet b/c in Murica the poor & working class are exploited, abused & terrorized every minute of every day of their adult lives by a Gov apparatus designed to grind them down now this suffering is NOT limited to Blk people - but as Always in America - whatever the indignation heaped on to the poor & working class the Blk poor & working class get an Extra helping..... so it is very rare that a poor & working class couple of ANY race has the time, money or inclination to hire a qualified Doula what is a Doula - a Doula is an Advocate for the mother to be who helps the mother plan for a healthy & safe child birth & communicates the game plan to the Medical team & they work together to ensure that plan occurs w/ pre-planning, practice & so on a Doula is Diff from a Mid-wife in that a Mid-Wife is an expert at the Medical procedure of Delivery whereas a Doula provides the Mother to be And her family w/ emotional, physical & informational support during pregnancy, birth & post partum period & that can be a natural child birth of C section this is very effective b/c the Doula can practice optimal birthing positions - on all 4's or squatting on haunches as one would defecate in the woods for lack of a better example. he Doula can prep the mother to be by explaining the cascading nature of events that take place during pregnancy so she is mentally & emotionally prepared for example, even though the pain of child birth is horrendous a woman can still have a natural child birth free of epidural analgesics b/c during Natural Childbirth the woman's body builds up Natural occurring hormonal analgesics (analgesic just means pain reliver) called Beta-Endorphins that allow a woman Transcend the pain of Labor - if you've ever heard a woman describe as "In another World" or being in an "altered State" & not remembering the pain of Labor past a certain point - this is a direct result of these Beta-endorphins Beta-endorphins also put a women in this state of near hypnosis b/c this altered state of consciousness allows her to instinctively work WITH her body during Labor to produce a Natural Child-birth...... Epidurals Also crash the body's production of Beta-endorphins So most couples arrive at the Hospital in an emergency panic stricken mind set wanting a natural child birth but unprepared to make that happen.... So what happens instead is the already fearful & stressed woman begins to experience Labor pain and her anxiety level multiplies exponentially...... Stress causes Massive inflammatory response on the cellular level in the human body under the best of conditions but during Labor the Inflammatory response is Exponential The woman tries to hold it together emotionally but Pain & Stress cause Much more damage than merely Emotional - suddenly b/c of the increased BP produced by the Stress & Fear produced by the Terrible Agony of Labor both the woman & the baby begin a Cascading effect of negative consequences caused by the Pain.... I already outlined the hormonal issues & the severe impact they have on the body but there are many others & instead of the mother reviewing the advice of the Doula standing beside her & breathing to lower her BP she goes into a panic state causing Doctors to prioritize pain relief & the Mom to be thinks this is a Great idea as she Screams for relief - Multiple times So at this point Umar saying "you might wanna take it easy on those Epidurals while the Mom to be is out of her mind & in a trance from Pain - it's kind of Laughable...... So the mother gets the Epidural, all the predictable negative Labor events occur - w/ the Oxytocin levels crashed - the Labor is literally at a Stand Still Oxytocin levels at the moment of Birth (Natural Child Birth) are the Highest a woman will experience in here LIFE So the Doc orders a C-section - A) b/c it is the Safe & Medically Correct thing to do & B) b/c if the Doc fails to do a C section & something goes wrong he or she will be SUED into the poor house..... this is an extremely common outcome and has NOTHING to do w/ the Race of the Mother & for Umar to pull this theory out his azz & throw it on the wall to see if anyone is foolish enough to believe it is really beneath a person of his intelligence & importance b/c it diminishes his credibility Couples plan a pizza party w/ more determination & effort than child birth which is the seminal moment in their lives

You can find these places any where in LA ! Oh yeah my daughter said these private birth centers have or are near a hospital or have a doctor on stand by just incase something goes very wrong! I would have to ask her what is the actual address! Also for a few months before the birth, she had a female dula not sure if I spelled that right! This is a woman who helps you months before baby comes! She comes to your house! Goes with you to your ultrasound, rubs your stomach, keeps a journal to track your progress, and helps you emotionally! I think their cost is $500 to $750 ! They work with several different women as well and are well train! They also recommend vitamins, minerals or supplements, working with your doctors advise on meds usage! They provide positive vibes over all and , talk about suggestions concerning easy work outs! But more importantly they allow you to never feel alone! So you can call and say hey, I am stressed out or just overwhelmed, or why can’t I feel my babies heart beat! They come directly to your house or apt! In the Black community we need millions of professional Dulas! Sorry I can’t tell you the exact location because right now at this exact moment my daughter as blocked me because, I keep pushing her to consider Pan Africanism and Black nationalism! I have a three year plan to move to Ghana! My two daughters think I am being foolish and having a melt down or mid life crisis! And I have reassured them no at night the ancestors whisper in my ear and head telling me it’s time to get out and leave America! So now my daughter is refusing to talk to me! Because I continue to warn both of them and my 9 grandchildren who all think hey Grandmother is losing it ! I really think as Africans we are at war! Please do research and find a birth center on your own! One think my daughter did say! Was this birth center was in I think Malibu , not sure, but the actual property was in the woman’s home! And that property was on the beach. And they went as a family for a visit and the woman open up her sliding glass doors to show the ocean front and sun set! My daughter took her two other children and they were like oh mom can we live here and have a beautiful place like this! Of course my daughter was to embarrassed at the time to explain to her kids age 5, and 8 years old , that a place like this was for now out of financial reach!

@@shareesepm1484 One last text! My daughter said these women who have in home birth centers make $250,000 every 6 months ! Like crazy money 💰! Ok she said the woman also as I think a licensed nurse or something to train other women like her and wealthy mostly white women come to her for their baby’s birth! So that tells me two things, one some white womenfolk know something is not right, and two they have kept these secret places and info to themselves! And their white privileged lifestyle has allowed them to make everything from yoga , to breast feeding, to drinking smoothies , shopping at Whole Food markets , costly grocery stores, to healthy 🪴 gardening and becoming a vegan as a upper class trend for educated white folks! Not true! Are people have been gardening before we left from down southern states! What has been lose is the wisdom, knowledge, and experiences from our elders to pass on this information!

I had 3 children, 2 natural with a epidural. From my personal experiences, avoid the epidural at all costs, and if it's possible to have a home birth. I'd recommend it. The epidural only worked on one side of my body, and I felt all the pain. When I decided to have the other two without it. I could not only deal with the pain, but the birthing experience was also different, it felt more natural, and my body knew how to adjust and deal with pain. It was the contractions that hurt the most, the pushing, honestly. Not so much!

The only push back I think I'll ever give Dr Umar is stance on moving out of the community.... I've personally watched someone get ridiculed and bullied their entire childhood while we grew up in East Orange, to the point of hating themselves, high anxiety, and suicidal thoughts from it. There is a difference between being teased and bullied and if you can't stop being treated terrible by your own people why do you need to still stay?

I love how he especially explains internal insecurities that stem from rejection within our family and community. A lot of black people has dealt directly and indirectly with colorist and colorism. Unfortunately, people within our own community and family have criticized others features like there nose, eyes, lips, hair texture, and complexion. I have heard nicknames that are unflattering that people grow to hate. Also, because they are treated differently they grow to hate these features they possess. They do not wish to reproduce someone in there likeness. Growing up I wanted to be light skin and I hate my hair type. Every time I would be around one of my cousins or my baby sister with light skin people would just go on and on about how beautiful they were or if a cousin of mine had loose curls and long hair they would just continue to compliment them. Often times I or often times I witness this present day. Other kids around are just standing by awkwardly or like they're invisible. Often times it the same people or strangers. I'm divorced but I did marry outside and maybe deep down I had something to prove other than the fact that I was once in love with him. I remember hearing the beautiful dark skinned young men that I had crushes on say the prettier girls were light skinned or that they wanted mixed children. Hearing rappers in my teen years talk about and feature lighter skinned women or "foreign" women in videos. Unless she was super curvy with a small waist like Buffy the Body. So, subconsciously i think i said i can do it to. My esteem was low. No self love, definitely didn't think i was that pretty but cute enough for a white man. First white men imposed beauty standards and then black men. Some women want to be desired by men and will do whatever to get that attention. Skin bleaching, bbls, expensive wigs and so on. If you're living for the male gaze then you will surely have somethings you want to change. Also, some do it for fame or to make more money in adult entertainment. I hope we can continue to journey back to to black love and self love. Minimize the colorism and see the beauty in all shade and shapes.

I agree, had the same experience! My white teach made me stand up and hold my nose pulling on it along with others! We were told to do this daily so that we would look better and have a decent future! This took place in my catholic school before I was sent to the Scot land School for veterans children back in 1968! Also family members kept asking my mom was my ears to dark! They said I should be taught to pre pare for a lonely life, that know one would want me because I was so dark skin! My male older cousin told me to my face, he would never marry a black woman because we were angry, evil, ugly, and bitches!!!! He wanted only light skin black woman and that’s the type he married! When I was very very young I can remember my mom making me take warm baths with soap but also added a little bleach to try and lighten up my skin especially the elbows and my knees , plus around my neck! My mother was a sweet loving person but she grew up in a time where dark skin was just not viewed as beautiful! This negativity was passed on from generation to generation! Lastly, two of my male light skin cousins who lived in the New Jersey , suburbs but would come to big mamas house in Philly locked me up in a upstairs room to force me to engage in my first experiment into un wanted sexual activity! I will not go into detail but I think back on it and realize now it was because they thought who cares about a dark child who has no real value! I was almost stamped from birth with this bizarre notion and idea that this would be apart of my childhood family experiences! It wasn’t until I picked up Malcom X bio that I realized how to recognize and reconstruct my identity! That process has taken a life time to complete 😢❤😢

He’s speaking facts! Hospitals make more money by c-sections! Also every medical professional knows that an epidural causes the natural contractions to slow down which leads to them giving us pitocin which makes the baby’s heart rate get out of control and next thing you know they make us get a c-section. This happened to so many of my friends/ family members. It’s always the same process! Thank you for shining light on so many important topics Dr. Umar Johnson!
