Kindly elaborate on diet as it would very difficult to get all daily protein + vitamins and minerals in breakfast and dinner. Plus some minerals are not absorbed together like calcium and iron so how to deal with that

Main one meal per day le raha hun aur dinner 7PM ke kareeb keto leta hun, healthy fats, meat aur salad. Lekin kia one meal per day just weigh loss ke liye hona chahye ya yeh life style b banaya ja sakta hai especially 40 years age k baad.
