This is incredible. The fact Ion said in the roundtable interview they've already decided they want to try and bring back this level of customization to the old races is definitely gonna take a while, but it's so worth it. Dragonflight is looking insane.

When I first heard this I was like ok, no big deal, just add more shit. But Dracthyr are not even on the same level of the other models. When I sat back and looked at what she was done with, it was this well crafted actually almost modern model, with all 3D armor parts and tons of 3d details. The likes of which barely exist on current characters. It becomes so obvious why they can't do most armor pieces on them, because these models were not meant to be painted on. They are just full on almost a new level of model. I feel like to do this to the rest of the races would involve a model revamp ala WoD, but like way beyond what that did.

The limit is dumb. I could see a limit on Evoker (even then it's pretty meh), but Dracthyr, should have more classes and have more than one.

Looking at how the character creation is for the Drachtyr the other races are severely lacking behind now. The chest size! Hello can we get that for other races please!? Nose choice!? Hello!!!! My brain hurts when the scales on the humanoid form doesn't match the dragon form.

This is just a guess, but they said they are planning to add this level of customization to all races in the future. So it is possible as we get those options and unlocked class restrictions we could see more Visage Race options. They just better add that edit option to the Barber. It’s an illusion and should be able to be changed as easily as a hairstyle imo fingers crossed

@@onedeadrogue5557 I have my doubts honestly. Since the Dracthyr are limited in both gear (atleast visuals) and the racial abilities might not be tuned to other classes. Playing another class would lose that dragon feel. (no firebreath or flying etc). But lets see what they can do!

@@krook5158 Just a quick idea, The node locator one is a cool idea, fire breath attack (cone stun, similar to Tauren stomp), double jump and glide like DH, these racials are basic enough and similar enough to other racials (still think Zandalari has the best/OP one) but PLEASE give DH and Drakthyr flight form like Druids. If they can do it there’s no excuse to lock it behind a 5min CD that only starts once you land. That would help keep feeing like Dragons. Gear doesn’t matter imo due to the vast customization options in dragon form, other classes could allow for longer play in Visage form. But these are just my personal wants. Thanks for listening

This is something I noticed. For the lower arm armor, if you have spikes on the lower arm you only have two armor options. If you have no spikes on your lower arms you get around 5 or 6 options. I hope blizz adds clarification on that because when i first made my Dracthyr I missed out on some cool armor options because I went for spikey boi.

Evitel, I don't know how to say this but in a WoW Pathfinder campaign I'm playing in I play an elf hunter with a pet raptor named Nibbles that was based off of the yellow and purple raptor model in game And Evitail honestly looks like an winged version of it and that made me fall out of my chair. 😂

These look great! Definitely gunning for purple and black dragon form I think. Would love this body type for worgen, having a female voice and human form, but having the male worgen form (since I love the butch werewolf lady concept and our worgen women are very soft looking). Neato.

With RPers, they are gonna have a field day. You can make so many characters with a single invoker. You could probably make over 250 unique dragon characters to rp as with a single character. Especially since we can change gender in game.
